This program helps to reduce cortisol a stress releasing hormone, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps to regulate heart rate, breathing, sleeping patterns and improve emotional stability. The Ayurvedic practices used here helps to balance the Vata, Pitta and kapha doshas. It also helps to restore harmony between the body and mind, allowing individuals to reclaim a state of well-being.
Each guest is given a detailed consultation with our experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Based on the individual's health needs, lifestyle, and body constitution (Prakriti) a customized plan is created. And accordingly, the practitioner is given wellness treatments, Ayurvedic massages, and detox programs. Ayurveda emphasizes taking appropriate measures before the occurrence of the disease or while the disease is in its initial stage. Examination of the patient is very simple but perfect. In general, Nadi (pulse), Netra (eyes), Mitra (urine), and Jihva (tongue) are examined.
