I joined the Ayurveda course with almost no background and left feeling completely transformed. The teachers explain every concept patiently and the practical marma sessions were the highlight for me. Rishikesh itself adds so much to the experience.

Panchakarma is the ultimate mind-body healing experience of detoxifying the body, strengthening the immune system, and restoring balance. Everyone can benefit from it, especially those experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, digestive issues, or recovering from illness.
Yes. A very crucial part of this therapy is the diet. You will be provided with specific, easily digestible Sattvic meals (like Kitchari) that are tailored to your Dosha and designed to support the detoxification process.
Not at all. In fact, most Panchakarma therapies (like oil massages, steam baths, and Shirodhara) are profoundly soothing, painless, and highly relaxing, aiming to gently coax toxins out of the tissues.
While shorter retreats offer excellent relaxation, true clinical Panchakarma requires a minimum of 7 to 14 days to allow the body to properly prepare, flush, and rejuvenate. For chronic conditions, 21 days is often recommended.
No, Panchakarma is highly preventative. Even healthy individuals use it annually to clear out accumulated environmental toxins, stress, and seasonal imbalances to promote longevity and optimal vitality.
