Yes, Then our Breath & Respiratory Therapy Program at Nighantu Ayurveda School is designed to restore the natural rhythm of breathing. At Nighantu Ayurveda School our comprehensively designed programs help to improve respiratory health, strengthen lung capacity, and manage chronic conditions like asthma and bronchitis. Through a holistic approach of Ayurvedic therapies, traditional yoga asanas, and lifestyle modifications, we aim for long term wellness. Breath and respiratory problems have become very common these days due to high pollution, obesity, chemicals in the food, and stressful jobs. Our therapies focus on restoring balance in the body’s doshas, specifically vata, kapha and pitta, which are mainly associated with respiratory disorders.
