Focuses on balancing hormones in women through the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. Practices like Pranayama, guided meditation, yoga Nidra, Ayurveda therapies and traditional Yoga asanas are practiced. The imbalances in Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas are also balanced which promotes deep relaxation. This program also helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which regulates heart rate, breathing pattern, sleep cycle and improves emotional stability.
